FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the field of medicine and to the creation of new biomedical materials. What is presented is a method for simulating the process of producing fluorohydroxylapatite from an analogue of human saliva solution, based on synthesis of fluorohydroxylapatite in an artificially created model medium, characterized by that a model medium of the specified composition is prepared for this purpose: NaCl – 9.00 mmol/l; K2CO3 – 5.00 mmol/l; (NH4)2HPO4 – 3.30 mmol/l; (NH4)2HPO4 – 17.00 mmol/l; NH4Cl – 29.4901 mmol/l; NH4F – 0.01 mmol/l; KCl – 25.00 mmol/l; CaCl2⋅2H2O – 6.90 mmol/l; MgCl2⋅6H2O – 3.00 mmol/l, varying concentration of fluoride ions from 0.0076 to 0.0229 mol/l, replacing phosphate ions with fluoride ions, synthesis is carried out at pH=6.95±0.05, wherein 10 days later fluorohydroxylapatite phase is formed.
EFFECT: invention provides simulating the crystallization of calcium phosphates in vitro in an electrolyte composition approximating to human oral fluid.
