FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to dental methods for experimental simulation of processes in oral cavity, in particular calculus formation. For this purpose, a method is disclosed for simulating process of calculus formation of analogue of human saliva solution, based on synthesis of calculus in artificial model medium, where a model medium of said composition is prepared: NaCl - 9.00 mmol/l, K2CO3 - 5.00 mmol/l, (NH4)2HPO4 - 5.60 mmol/l, NH4Cl - 29.49 mmol/l, NH4F - 0.01 mmol/l, KCl - 25.00 mmol/l, CaCl2·H2O - 6.90 mmol/l, MgCl2·6H2O - 3.00 mmol/l. Synthesis is carried out at pH=6.95±0.05 and temperature 37.0 ± 0.5 °C, after 60 days a phase is formed in form of brushite, and after 90 days from model system hydroxyapatite is formed, which is main component of human dental calculus.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to detect a predisposition to disease and developing preventive measures to prevent calculus growth.
