FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method for simulation of calculus formation process from dental deposition solution analogue is based on dental deposition reception in an artificial simulated environment. To prepare the simulation medium, the following is used used: NaCl - 21.41 mmol/l , KHCO3 - 24.81 mmol/l, (NH4)2HPO4 - 3.30 mmol/l, NaH2PO4⋅2H2O - 3.17 mmol/l, NH4F - 0.10 mmol/l, KCl - 0.79 mmol/l, CaCl2⋅2H2O - 3.00 mmol/l, MgCl2⋅6H2O⋅- 0.85 mmol/l,⋅with addition of NaHCO3 at pH÷ 5.56 in an amount necessary to prevent reduction of carbonate ions concentration in the solution due to hydrolysis in an acid medium, simulation solution pH adjustment is performed, and synthesis is carried out at pH = 7.00±0.05.
EFFECT: ability to reproduce human oral cavity conditions, formation of brushite and hydroxyapatite phase, the composition of which corresponds to the basic components of human dental calculus, in 14 days.
