FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of single multilayer cells with thin-layer electrolyte, which can be used as solid oxide fuel cells (SOFC) or solid oxide electrolyzers (SOE). Method includes formation of cell from layers of functional materials: films of anode carrying composition of NiO-BCZDy-starch, functional anode of composition NiO-BCZDy, electrolyte of composition BCZDy and cathode of composition PN, using heating and sintering, where BZCDy = BaCe0.5Zr0.3Dy0.2O3-δ, and PN = Pr1.9Ba0.1NiO4+δ.

EFFECT: technical result consists in simplification of technology of manufacturing single SOFC cells based on high-conductivity electrolyte due to use of one process method and one process mode.
