SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an oral cleaning device, such as a toothbrush comprising a head on which cleaning elements rest, a handle extending from the head, a radio frequency generator located in the handle and connected to electrodes located on the head, and a non-conducting barrier arranged on the head and separating the electrodes from each other. Device generates reagent in place by applying radio-frequency energy and/or micro current to conductive surface and/or to electrodes on device for cleaning in presence of substances in user's mouth.
EFFECT: device for electrical cleaning of the oral cavity is proposed.
