SUBSTANCE: invention relates to analogue microelectronics and can be used as two-stroke buffer amplifiers and output cascades of various analogue devices. Two-stroke output cascade comprises input (1) and output (2) of device, first (3) input field transistor, drain of which is connected to first (4) current output of device, matched with first (5) bus of power supply, second (6) input field-effect transistor, drain of which is connected to second (7) current output of the device matched with second (8) power supply bus, first (9) and second (10) matching direct shifted p-n-junctions.

EFFECT: technical result consists in creation of radiation-resistant and low-temperature circuit design of input cascade on complementary field transistors, which provides ultra small values of input static current, including during operation in low temperature range.
