FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of nickel fluorophosphine compounds, in particular to a method of producing tetrakis-(trifluorophosphine) of isotopically enriched nickel, and can be used in production of beta-voltaic current sources. Method is carried out in two stages with the possibility of their successive performance in separate apparatus: at the first stage, nickel oxalate is dehydrated and decomposed by heating the reaction volume at the rate of temperature rise of 0.3–5.5 °C/min to temperature 370±5 °C with further exposure at temperature of 370–390 °C and at the second step, the obtained powdered metal nickel is reacted with phosphorus trifluoride at temperature of 100–150 °C and pressure of 8.1–14.5 MPa.
EFFECT: invention increases output of nickel tetrakis-(trifluorophosphine), reduces duration of the process and increases efficiency of the process.
