SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and concerns a method for detecting in a test sample the presence and/or binding properties of analyzed antibodies capable of reacting with one or more antigenic molecules, comprising (a) providing a first antigenic molecule selected from CRF; (b) providing a second antigenic molecule selected from CRF; (c) bringing the first antigen molecules and the second antigen molecules into contact with the sample to form complexes containing [a first antigenic molecule] - [analyzed antibody] - [second antigenic molecule]; (d1) providing an immobilisation means and/or (d2) providing a second tagging means; and (e) providing a first tagging means; and (g) detecting presence of complexes formed during or after step (c). Group of inventions also relates to a kit applicable for implementing said method; use of said method for diagnosing the presence or onset of a disease associated with a family of cardiac receptors.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides a fast, reliable, specific and sensitive method which enables to study low amounts of the analyte.
