SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of biotechnology and represents partners of specific binding with nerve growth factor (NGF), namely, molecules of antibodies against NGF, in particular molecules of human antibody and, in particular, those, which neutralise NGF activity. In addition, invention relates to methods of application of molecules of anti-NGF antibodies.
EFFECT: invention can be efficiently used in diagnostics or treatment of NGF-associated disorders, including pain, asthma, chronic obstructive lung disease, lung fibrosis, other inflammatory diseases of respiratory ways, diabetic neuropathy, cardiac arrhythmias, HIV, arthritis, psoriasis and cancer.
