FIELD: liquor industry.
SUBSTANCE: blend of alcohols is prepared. A water-alcohol solution is prepared from it and rectified drinking water from an artesian well to obtain vodka with a strength of 40% vol. The sorting is thoroughly mixed and filtered by passing it through a coal-cleaning battery and/or sorption-filtering elements filled with activated carbon, impregnated with silver, at a certain filtration rate. Vodka is sent to the finishing vat. Natural honey is diluted with water at a temperature of 70°C in a ratio of 1:5, thoroughly mixed, brought to a boil, mixed for 15-25 minutes, filtered in a hot state, and self-cooled to a temperature of 10-20°C. Alcohol infusions of corn and rye grains are prepared by filling them, respectively, in an amount of 0.3-0.5 and 0.2-0.4 kg per 1000 dal of vodka with a water-alcohol liquid with a strength of 50% vol. in a ratio of 1:10, infusing for 4.5-5.5 days with periodic mixing, draining the infusion and carefully filtering. Cooled honey and infusions are added to the finishing vat with continuous mixing of the blend, and then sent to rest, after which the vodka is subjected to control filtration when the vodka is fed into the pressure tank.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the organoleptic characteristics of the finished product.
