FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to alcoholic beverages industry. For production of 1,000 dal of vodka, following ingredients are used: natural honey - 2.0-3.0 kg, sugar syrup with concentration of 65.8 % - 5.0-6.0 l, first drainage fortified infusion of almonds (kernel) - 1.0-5.0 l, first drainage fortified infusion of almond shell - 3.0-6.0 l, first drainage fortified infusion of young sprouts of dogberry tree - 10.0-20.0 l, rectified ethyl alcohol and treated drinking water - balance to 40 vol%. Invention improves organoleptic properties of finished product. On all physical and chemical properties, vodka meets requirements for vodkas, prepared on corresponding alcohol, its tasting grade - 9.7.

EFFECT: vodka has mild, harmonious rounded taste with almond-creamy aftertaste, typical vodka aroma with a slightly perceptible peach-orange tone.
