FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dentistry and orthopedics, and is intended for use in denture replacement by prosthetic repair using implants. Before the tooth is removed, its eruption contour is fixed by scanning the patient's jaw with an intraoral optic scanner in the area of the tooth to be removed. Tooth is removed. Implant is selected and placed in a bed prepared in a well. Intraoral optic scanner is used to scan a region of the removed tooth with the implant. Based on the results of scans in industrial 3D simulation system, an individual crown of the replacement tooth is simulated together with the tooth neck. Below the tooth contour, the connecting neck with the implant is modeled together with the crown. Surface of connecting neck is simulated by congruent contacting with it surface of the socket. Length of the connecting neck is simulated such that after installation of the crown of the replacement tooth on the implant, the eruption tooth contour corresponds to the contour of the eruption of the removed tooth, and its occlusal surface coincides with occlusal surface of dentition corresponding jaw. Anti-rupture element is simulated at connecting rod lower end. According to the obtained model, a crown of the replacement tooth with a connecting neck is milled from zirconium dioxide by a digital method. Through axial opening is made. Implant is rigidly fixed with a threaded joint.

EFFECT: method enables to create conditions stimulating fast regeneration of bone tissue and gingival tissues in the tooth cavity; provides reliable general fixation of the crown and implant in the socket of the removed tooth, enables to restore the circular ligament of the tooth and gingival adhesion.
