FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing organic alkyl(aryl)peroxides by reacting organic alkyl(aryl)alcohols with hydroperoxides and can be used to produce organic peroxides. Set task is solved due to that the catalyst used is a mixture of para- and meta-arylsulphonic acid in weight ratio of components from 1:0.001 to 1:1 in form of aqueous 10–75 % solution, which is a regenerable mixture of the following composition: arylsulphonic acid 10–75 wt%; polysulphonic acid 0–50 wt%; water 5–90 wt%.
EFFECT: technical result, to which the invention is aimed, is the catalyst consumption reduction due to its repeated use when producing organic alkyl(aryl)peroxides.
