FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metallurgy. Repair solution is applied on inner wall (6') of drain bushing (6) by means of batcher (9) installed in casting channel (7). Dispenser (9) is made in the form of tubular element (10) with outlying spaces (13) distributed along its circumference. Dimensions of spaces (13) provide their filling with predetermined amount of solution approximately corresponding to cavity (14) between dispenser (9) and inner wall (6') of bushing (6). Dispenser (9) is filled through spaces (13) with predetermined amount of solution, and by rotation of tubular element (10), solution is centrifuged from spaces (13) into cavity (14).
EFFECT: operational reliability of the device for repair and accuracy of sizes of repaired bushings.
