PERFUSION IMAGING Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC A61B5/00 A61B5/24 A61B6/00

Abstract RU 2707841 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, specifically to perfusion imaging means. Device comprises a MRI scanner comprising a visualization region for imaging a patient tissue of interest, configured to generate perfusion data of at least tissue of interest, a contactless blood pulsation parameter determiner configured to determine blood pulsation parameters on or near the tissue of interest, and the perfusion-pulsation parameter determiner, which determines the perfusion-pulsation parameter based on the perfusion data and the blood pulsation parameters, wherein the MRI scanner comprises a gantry, and the contactless blood pulsation parameter determiner is configured to be capable of imaging a subject located inside the computer tomography gantry. Method of perfusion-pulsation parameters obtaining is performed by means of device and it comprises steps of obtaining a scan image of a tissue of interest of a patient from a computer tomography scanner, determining perfusion parameters of tissue of interest from a medical scan, obtaining parameters of patient's blood pulses noncontact on or near tissue of interest, perfusion-pulsation parameters are obtained by binding perfusion parameters and blood pulsation parameters. Device includes a machine-readable medium.

EFFECT: use of inventions enables to reduce the number of false or distorted data and obtain consistent information on parameters of blood pulsation.
