SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods and devices for dynamic visualisation of information about the state of the coronary vessels. The method includes stages of obtaining the first dynamic data about the heart activity during the first stage of the heart activity, during which a contrast substance is identified in the first area, obtaining the second dynamic data about the heart activity during the second stage of the heart activity, during which the contrast substance is identified in the second area. The method further includes continuous visualisation of the first data about the heart activity and the second data about the heart activity in a combined form of presentation, which presents both the first and second areas with the contrast substance. The first data about the heart activity and the second data about the heart activity, corresponding to one phase within the cardiac cycle, are visualised simultaneously. The stage of the heart activity determines the period of time, within which some quantity or volume of blood with the injected contrast substance passes some stages of blood circulation. The first stage of the heart activity is the arterial stage and the second stage is the perfusion heart stage. The device includes an X-ray source and a detector, a calculation unit, as well as a computer-readable carrier with a software element, made with a possibility of realising the method of dynamic visualisation of information about the state of the coronary vessels.

EFFECT: application of the invention makes it possible to improve dynamic visualisation of information about the state of the coronary vessels.
