SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, in particular to methods for differentiating pluripotent stem cells, which are cells of the human embryonic stem cell line H1, cells of the human embryonic stem cell line H7, human embryonic stem cell lines H9, cells of the human embryonic stem cell line SA002 or mutant human embryonic stem cell lines BG01v, into cells expressing markers characteristic of the line of the formed endoderm.
