FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: line of mesenchymal stem cells (hb-MSC) for therapeutic use, deposited in the Russian National Collection of Industrial Microorganisms (VKPM) under accession number N-154 is described. At that, the line has at least one of the following characteristics: when plating 0.7×106 cells into 75 cm2 bottle and culturing for at least 96 hours: (a) the cells produce at least 4.5 mM of lactate within 24 hours after medium replacement; (b) the cells produce at least 150 pg/ml of GRO/KC for 24 hours after medium replacement; (c) the cells produce less than 250 pg/ml of OPG 24 hours after medium replacement; or (d) the cells produce less than 80 pg/ml of TGF-β3 24 hours after medium replacement. Also, conditioned media for therapeutic use, obtained by culturing the above-mentioned line, and application of these media are described.
EFFECT: invention expands the arsenal of therapeutic agents.
