FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to method for manufacturing of optoelectronic converter (OEC), comprising microchannel plate (MCP) and supply source, and also to development of OEC. OEC is used in night viewing devices (NWD), in photon detectors, in scientific research devices, in devices for medicine and other engineering fields. OEC, comprising MCP manufacturing according to standard technology from glass of appropriate composition, contains body filled with cesium, photocathode, MCP, image receiver, wire gas absorber, supply source, the first individual gas absorbers in MCP channels in the form of coating of MCP channel walls on the side of inlet, outlet of MCP or on both sides from substance or compound of two and more substances with high sorption capacity and coefficient of secondary emission that is more then one, the second individual gas absorbers between MCP channels at inlet and outlet surfaces of MCP or on both sides and on screen, in the form of coating from substance or compound of two and more substances, having high sorption capacity, at the same time OEC includes additional coating from insulating or semiconducting layer, conducting layer and the second insulating or semiconducting layer, applied on inlet and outlet surfaces of MCP.

EFFECT: increased service life of OEC without ion-barrier film with simultaneous improvement of noise-signal ratio and stability of technical characteristics of OEC.
