SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to a method for comparative study of the effectiveness of local haemostatic agents (LHA) in an experiment in vitro, characterized by the fact that from the canvas LHA with the help of Dermo-Punch a cylinder with diameter equal to the inner section of Dermo-Punch and the vacutainer is obtained, LHA samples and vacutainer are held in a thermostat at +37 °C from 10 minutes, after which blood is withdrawn by vacuum method and within 15 seconds local haemostatic agents are immersed to vacutainer bottom, test tubes are clogged and incubated for 30 minutes at +37 °C, then centrifuged to obtain blood serum, analyzed blood plasma concentration and compared the values in the control group, in which the sample was not immersed into donor blood, and the study groups, and if values of concentration of calcium in the study group is less than in the control and other groups, then it shows the evident effectiveness of the local haemostatic agent.

EFFECT: invention provides higher accuracy and objectification of research when developing experimental haemostatic agents of local action.
