SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering and machine building and is intended for combined generation of heat and electric energy. Power plant with an active waste heat boiler of a high-temperature fluidized bed comprises a diesel generator, a waste-heat boiler in the form of a boiler with a furnace of a high-temperature fluidized bed, comprising a mechanical furnace device with a movable grate, which is inclined to the horizon, heating surfaces, blow zones of primary and secondary air, fuel feeder, ejection fan ejector, to blow-off branch pipe of waste-heat boiler is connected blowing fan, bypass exhaust gas duct with noise suppressor is connected to exhaust header of diesel-generator unit, fluid flow control devices are fitted on discharge line of blow fan, exhaust header and bypass exhaust gas duct.. On exhaust gas waste-heat boiler gas duct there is installed flue gas cleaning device and exhauster, in point of connection of exhaust header and gas inlet branch pipe of waste-heat boiler there is installed unit for mixing of exhaust gases of diesel-generator unit and blowing air, in which branch pipe of exhaust gases is made in form of pipe bent at angle of 90°, outlet part of branch pipe is directed towards direction of flow of primary air, section of gas inlet branch pipe at installation point of branch pipe of exhaust gases of diesel-generator unit has narrowing.

EFFECT: invention reduces emission of hazardous substances into the atmosphere.
