SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering and machine building and is intended for combined generation of heat and electric energy. Power plant with active boiler of high-temperature fluidized bed comprises diesel generator, waste heat boiler in the form of a boiler unit with a furnace of a high-temperature fluidized bed, comprising a mechanical furnace device with a movable grate, which is inclined to the horizon, heating surfaces, blow zones of primary and secondary air, fuel feeder, ejection fan ejector, to blow-off branch pipe of waste heat boiler is connected blower fan, to exhaust manifold of diesel generator is connected gas duct bypass of exhaust gases into atmosphere with noise silencer, on the discharge blower fan line, medium flow rate control devices are installed on the exhaust manifold and on bypass gas flue to the atmosphere. In the air supply pipeline to the first blow zone there is a constriction made in the form of a truncated cone, the truncated cone apex is directed towards the air flow movement, exhaust collector of diesel-generator is introduced into space between inner wall of air supply duct of air into first blow zone and external wall of truncated cone.

EFFECT: invention allows increasing efficiency of the plant operation at combustion of solid fuel with high humidity in the recovery boiler.
