FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of remote control of sea surface contaminants. Essence: meter consists of elements arranged on aerocopter (3), and ground-based center (10) for thematic processing. On aerocopter (3) there are two probing channels: optical channel, made on spectrometer (1) of visible range, and radio channel on microwave oscillator (2), operating in frequency tightening mode, as well as on-board positioning system (4), buffer memory devices (5, 6), on-board control system (7) of an aerocopter by radio line (8). Ground-based center (10) for thematic processing includes PC (11), analogue-to-digital converters (18, 19) and correlator (20).
EFFECT: high reliability and efficiency of monitoring pollution of the sea surface.
