ELECTRICAL PULSES GENERATION SYSTEM USING CAPACITIVE COUPLING Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC G01N33/49 A61B18/12 H03K3/00

Abstract RU 2709822 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical effects in pulse form, such as cell therapy. System for processing sample by electric pulses comprises memory; display; user input device; a sample holder comprising a first electrode and a second electrode arranged on opposite sides of a sample holder configured to receive a sample container; a pulse generation circuit for feeding a pulse to the first and second electrodes; a capacitive element external to the sample holder and connected in series between the pulse generation circuit and the sample holder; and a processor for executing stored in-memory instructions for controlling a pulse shaping circuit which is configured for capacitive communication with the sample container. Pulse generating circuit comprises a circuit connected to the first and second electrodes and allowing the pulse to bypass the capacitive element, and the processor is configured to receive input information from the user input device to control the pulse shaping circuit so as to allow the pulse to either bypass the capacitive element or pass through the capacitive element.

EFFECT: invention enables fast selection by an operator of the type of connection used when using different types of containers.
