SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine and can be used for release and collection of thrombocyte growth factors. That is ensured by exposing a sample of thrombocyte-rich plasma to a sequence of one or more electrical pulses to trigger release of growth factors in the sample. Said electric pulses have electric field intensity between 0.1 kV/cm and 350 kV/cm and pulse duration between 1 nanosecond and 100 microseconds. Calcium chloride (CaCl2) are not added to the sample before exposure to electric pulses. Thereafter, released growth factors are collected. Also disclosed is a method of releasing platelet growth factors, involving addition of calcium chloride (CaCl2) to a platelet-rich plasma sample.
