FIELD: medicine; maxillofacial surgery.

SUBSTANCE: method for treating patients with anomalies in the development of the dental system involves the following stages. Using a 3D printer, individual templates are produced with specified lines of osteotomy of the upper jaw according to Le Fort I, individual titanium mini-plates are produced, which have holes for screws with a bone thread diameter of 2 mm and jumpers between the holes with a width of 3.2 mm and a thickness of 1.1 mm. Stereolithographic models of the maxillofacial area are made before and after the implementation of movements. After skeletization of the upper jaw, an individual template is fixed with mini-screws and with the help of it, cuts are made from the pyriform aperture to the maxillary tubers on the right and left. Using chisels, an osteotomy of the upper jaw is performed, the jaw is mobilized with further movement and fixation of osteotomized fragments using mini-plates and screws.

EFFECT: reduction in surgical time is achieved due to the absence of the need to use occlusal templates and intraoperative modeling of standard titanium mini-plates.
