SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, more specifically to devices for mixing liquids. Disclosed is device (1) for mixing liquids, which comprises: a first supply line for a first fluid, along which first valve means are installed, wherein first means (5) are provided, configured to control opening/closing of first valve means; at least second supply line (6) for second fluid, along which second valve means (7) are installed, second control means (8) are provided to control opening/closing of second valve means (7); actuating means of control means (5, 8), which contain means of generating a pulse control signal capable of opening with the help of pulses the first valve means and/or the second valve means (7) during the pulse opening period (T-on) and close said first valve means and/or said second valve means (7) during a pulse closure period (T-off), wherein ratio between pulse opening period (T-on) and pulse period of closing (T-off) for each pulse is constant, and pulses have variable repetition frequency.
EFFECT: technical result is continuous efficient control with feedback volume of fluid flow and relationship between them, reduced losses of liquid head during crossing of valve means to limit swirls and loss of saturation with carbon dioxide in gasification of liquids, as well as optimized control of valve means.
