FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to the study of living biological cells. Complex for exposure to radiation and imaging of biological cells comprises a radiation source, comprising a generator of high-voltage pulses with two forming double artificial lines, in-series connected to it gas annular pulse sharpener, transmitting coaxial lines separated by gas cylindrical pulses accelerator, conical matching line, capillary electric discharge load, and gas supply system with argon, connected to generator of high-voltage pulses, gas agitators of pulses and capillary electric discharge load, connected to process chamber, including differential pumping unit with pulse gas valve for protection of radiation transmission path from leakage of argon from capillary and a system for measuring pressure of residual argon in a process chamber and associated with a bellows unit, made in the form of a corrugated metal pipe, provided with adjustment means for aligning the beam on a target assembly of the diagnostic chamber, configured to replace the replaceable biological sample, at that, at the output of the diagnostic chamber, there is installed, with the possibility of recording incident and/or transmitted radiation, a sensor of transmitted radiation, and on its flange there attached is a submicroscope camera with a turbomolecular pump mounted on it, wherein submicroscope includes illuminating and imaging lenses, radiation receiver and holder for replaceable biological sample.
EFFECT: use of the invention increases resolution of the obtained image of the biological object owing to the possibility of changing the wavelength of the radiation at which the submicroscope will have maximum resolution.
