FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing a new peptide antimycotic antibiotic emericillipsin A, produced by a strain Emericellopsis alkalina F-1428, with antifungal activity in relation to C.glabrata 1402m, Aspergillus ochraceus 497m 2015, as well as Bipolaris hawaiiensis 988m 2015 and Aspergillus terreus 1133m 2011, having natural resistance to all used in chemotherapy antibiotics – azoles. A method for producing a new antibiotic on a specialized liquid alkaline nutrient medium with an output of an antifungal peptide of 0.25 g/l is developed.
EFFECT: emericillipsin A is effective in treating bronchopulmonary invasive fungal infections caused by mold fungi and yeast.
