FIELD: biotechnology; molecular genetics.
SUBSTANCE: method of diagnosing invasive candidiasis and species identification of its main pathogens using the PCR method with hybridization-fluorescent detection in real time is proposed. The method includes two multiplex reactions based on unique sets of primers and probes.
EFFECT: invention provides accurate diagnosis of invasive candidiasis and species identification of its main pathogens, has high analytical sensitivity and 100% specificity on a panel of tested samples.
