FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for cutting a food product. Device (1) for cutting food product comprises cutting unit (10) having rotary bearing element (20), cutter (21) for cutting by slices, arranged on first side of bearing element (20), for slicing food products, and at least one knife (22) for cutting into cubes, arranged on the second side of bearing element (20), opposite to the first side, for cutting food products into cubes. Cutting assembly (10) additionally comprises protective element (30), which is configured to be installed opposite side of bearing element (20), where there is dicing cutter (22) connected to bearing member (20), to limit dicing space (35) for dicing knife (22) connected to bearing member (20) to move therethrough during operation. At that, protective element (30) has at least one annular groove (33) on side facing to bearing element (20), for arrangement of free end of cutter (22) for cutting, connected to bearing element (20), wherein bearing element (20) comprises ledges (23) on side, where there is knife (22) for dicing, connected to bearing element (20), in position opposite to groove (33) of protective element (30), besides, protective element has opening arranged on lower or lateral side of protective element. Ledges are arranged in one row with radial orientation relative to rotational axis of bearing element. Ledge is arranged to move the food product cubes to the hole of the protective element during rotation of the bearing element. At that, ledge (23) is blunt on side (23a), which is front side in rotation direction of bearing element (20).

EFFECT: disclosed is a device for cutting food products.
