FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, specifically to a surgical suturing instrument. Surgical staple cartridge comprises a cartridge body and a staple. Staple cavities are formed in cassette body. Longitudinal groove is formed at least partially through the cartridge casing. Staples are adapted for extraction from the staple cavities. Brackets comprise a first bracket and a second bracket. Each of the staples is oriented under tension-relieving angle relative to longitudinal slot. Staples are arranged to form a longitudinally stretched matrix within stapled tissue. Brackets are arranged so that they do not overlap each other. Each of the staples is configured to be deformed from the unactuated configuration into the actuated configuration. First shackle in the actuated configuration has the first formed height. Second clamp in the actuated configuration has the second formed height. First formed height is different from second formed height. First staple is shifted laterally from second clamp to provide lateral change of tissue compressible inside longitudinally stretched female die. Surgical end effector comprises a first branch and a second branch. Second jaw comprises a staple cartridge. Staple cartridge comprises a cartridge body, a staple array, a cutting member, an ejecting means for pushing the staple matrix from the staple cavities into the fabric, control means for compression to provide variation of compression in lateral direction of fabric, stapled by means of matrix brackets, means for stretching to adapt to lengthwise stretching in fabric, stapled by means of matrix. In compliance with second embodiment, surgical staple cassette comprises cassette body. Cassette housing comprises a platform. Platform comprises first section, second section and brackets. Each staple comprises a first leg, a second leg, a base between the first leg and the second leg. In a second embodiment, the surgical end effector comprises a clamping means for clamping tissue, a stapler structure, a cutting means for cutting tissue, a trigger means for pushing the staple structure into the clamped fabric, a means of reducing movement of the tissue to reduce tissue movement, means for reducing movement of tissue to reduce movement of tissue clamped by clamping means, device for adaptation to stretching of tissue to provide weakening of longitudinal tension of tissue. In the third embodiment, the surgical end effector comprises a first branch and a second branch. Second jaw comprises a staple cartridge. Staple cartridge comprises a cartridge body including a platform. Tissue compression gap is formed between the platform and the forming surface when the first and second branches are in a closed configuration. Platform comprises first and second sections. Tissue compression gap has a first height of the gap between the first portion and the surface forming the bracket and a second height of the gap between the second portion and the surface forming the bracket. Staple cavities are formed in cassette body. Staple cavities comprise a first cavity and a second cavity. Each of the staple cavities contains a hole in the platform. Hole of first cavity is oriented at angle to hole of second cavity. In the fourth embodiment, the surgical end effector comprises a first branch and a second branch. Second jaw comprises a staple cartridge. Staple cartridge comprises a cartridge body and a first clamp. Staple cavities are formed in cassette body. Staple cavities comprise a first cavity. First staple is removable in first cavity. First staple comprises base, first leg, second leg and first pusher. In the third embodiment, the surgical staple cartridge comprises a cartridge body and a staple. Each bracket comprises base, first leg, second leg and extruders. At least one of the extruders comprises a non-uniform forming device for purposeful formation of the first leg and the second leg of one of the staples with formation of various formed heights relative to the base.
EFFECT: use of inventions enables to apply one or more rows of staples.
