FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, specifically to stapling tools. Staple cartridge for use with a surgical stapling instrument comprises a cartridge body, staples and a pusher. Staples are located in cassette housing with possibility of removal. Pusher is arranged to move relative to cartridge housing. Pusher comprises trays including first tray and second tray. Each tray comprises a first end, a second end, an axis of the tray and a carriage. Tray axis passes between the first end and the second end. Slides are arranged to move along the firing path at least partially through the cassette body. Starting path crosses at least one of the tray axes, wherein the axis of the first tray is substantially perpendicular to the axis of the second tray. In the second embodiment, the staple cartridge for use with the surgical suturing instrument comprises a cartridge body, a staple, a pusher and a separately installed pusher. Cartridge body comprises a platform, wherein, at least partially, through the cassette housing a longitudinal groove is formed. Cassette bodies are provided with staple cavities including a first staple cavity and a second staple cavity. Staples comprise a first staple and a second staple. Pusher is arranged with the possibility of removal relative to the cassette body. Pusher comprises first tray and second tray. Separately installed pusher comprises the third tray. Puller additionally comprises first centre of mass. Separately located pusher additionally comprises second centre of mass. Staple cartridge additionally comprises slides including the first surface of the pusher and the second surface of the pusher. In the third version, the staple cartridge for use with a surgical suturing instrument comprises a cassette body disposed in a staple cavity to withdraw a clamp and a sled. Cassette housing comprises a platform. At least partially through the cassette housing there is a longitudinal groove, and staple cavities are formed in the cassette body. Staple located in the staple cavity with the possibility of removal contains a surface contacting with the slides. Slides comprise a surface in contact with a staple, including a first surface in contact with the staple and a second surface in contact with the staple, displaced longitudinally from the first surface in contact with the staple. Slides are made with possibility of movement along longitudinal slot, at least partially through cassette housing. Surface in contact with the staple is made with possibility of direct interaction of the surface in contact with the slides for movement of the staple from the non-activated position to the activated position. In the fourth embodiment, the staple cartridge for use with the surgical suturing instrument comprises a cartridge body, staples and a pusher. Cassette housing comprises a platform. Cassette bodies are provided with staple cavities including a first staple cavity and a second staple cavity. Staples comprise a first staple and a second staple. Pusher comprises first tray and second tray. In the fifth embodiment, the staple cartridge for use with a surgical suturing instrument comprises a cassette body, staples, a pusher and a separately installed pusher. Cassette housing comprises a platform. Cassette bodies are provided with staple cavities including a first staple cavity and a second staple cavity. Staples comprise a first staple and a second staple. First staple is removable in first staple cavity. First staple comprises first base. Second clamp is removable in second staple cavity. Second clamp comprises second base. Pusher comprises first tray and second tray. Separately installed pusher comprises the third tray. Staples additionally comprise third staple, which contains third base. Third base is aligned with the third tray. Third tray is oriented at an angle relative to the first tray. Puller additionally comprises first centre of mass. Separately located pusher additionally comprises second centre of mass. Staple cartridge additionally comprises slides including the first surface of the pusher and the second surface of the pusher.
EFFECT: invention enables to apply one or more rows of staples.
