SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a glass inorganic dielectric, which includes the following ratio of components, wt%: SiO2 65.0–67.7; B2O3 5.2–8.8; CaO 1.7–3.3; MgO 1.0–2.3; Na2O 3.7–4.2; K2O 2.0–5.4; Li2O 3.5–5.0; Sb2O3 0.6–2.5; MnO2 1.2–2.7; ZrO2 7.55–15.80.
EFFECT: reduced CLTE for improvement of mechanical strength of used vitreous dielectric for creation of strong triple junction made by centrifugation method.
