FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to antithrombogenic metal material, in which surface of metal material is coated with cover material, and to implantable medical device made of said antithrombogenic material. Coating material includes a phosphonic acid derivative or a pyrocatechol derivative which is bonded to said metal material through a phosphonic group or a pyrocatechol group, respectively, and is also covalently bonded to a polymer having a weight average molecular weight of 600–2,000,000 Da and containing alkyleneimine, vinylamine, allylamine, lysine, protamine or diallyldimethylammonium chloride as the constituent monomer, wherein said polymer is ionically bound to an anionic compound having anticoagulant activity and which is heparin or a heparin derivative. Ratio of the number of nitrogen atoms and the number of sulfur atoms to the number of all atoms from the XPS measurement on the surface of the antithrombogenic material is 4.0–13.0 and 3.0–6.0 at. %, respectively.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides anticoagulant activity for a long period of time and low level of haemolytic toxicity.
