FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Antithrombogenous material is described, comprising: coating material containing a cationic polymer and an anionic compound containing a sulfur atom and having anticoagulant activity; and base material, the surface of which is covered with a coating material; wherein the cationic polymer is covalently bonded to the base material; anionic compound is immobilized on the surface of the base material by ionic bonding with a cationic polymer; and the average thickness of the coating material is from 15 to 400 nm.
EFFECT: antithrombogenous material has a reduced thickness of its coating material and retains a high antithrombogenous content over a long period of time.
