FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a multifunctional apparatus for monitoring equipment condition and a method of monitoring critical components in a lifting system. Device has a frame, which is a square structure obtained by welding a plurality of rectangular steel parts. Along edge of square structure is fixed steel wire rope. Power supply system, friction and wear testing device, braking and wear control device and tensioner are serially installed from left to right at the lower level of the square structure. System for collecting bearing signals, a tension sensor, a stimulation device and a system for collecting images of a steel wire rope are successively installed from left to right on an upper level of a square structure. Steel wire rope passes through all said devices or systems and is driven by power supply system to make turn in circle. All said devices or systems are used to control working condition of steel wire rope. In the present invention, the equipment state monitoring device is used to simulate faulty states of the steel wire rope and the mine hoisting system bearing and collecting corresponding information, as well as the method of deep training for intelligent diagnosis of faults, in order to realize multifunctional monitoring of the state of the steel wire rope and the bearing in the mine hoisting system.
EFFECT: technical result consists in simplification of design and improvement of convenience when monitoring condition of wire rope and bearing in mine hoisting system.
