FIELD: measurement technology.
SUBSTANCE: present invention discloses a device for determining wear of a sliding coupling of a guiding hoist of a steel rope of a shaft and a method for its determination. Device includes multiple elements of flat FPC-cable, multiple sections of voltage detection circuit, monitoring system, as well as equipment for reproduction of data on screen, in which two end sides of sliding coupling have respectively multiple elements of flat FPC-cable, multiple elements of flat FPC-cable, which were in-series connected to end part of sliding coupling around hole for steel rope in order to provide protection; each element of flat FPC-cable is connected to section of voltage detection circuit; control system input signal end has signaling connection with multiple sections of voltage detection circuit, and control module output signal end is connected to wireless data transmission module through output circuit; equipment for reproducing data on a screen receives data transmitted by a wireless data transmission module through a module for receiving said data.
EFFECT: improving reliability and efficiency of determining degree of wear of sliding coupling of guiding hoist of mine shaft.
