FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Disclosed is a variant of subtilisin serine protease, the amino acid sequence of which includes a combination of amino acid substitutions as compared to parental protease subtilisin GG36 Bacillus lentus. Invention also relates to a nucleic acid encoding said variant of subtilisin, and to a method of producing a subtilisin embodiment.
EFFECT: invention provides the improved cleansing effect of the presented subtilisin embodiment as compared to the initial protease.
