SUBSTANCE: protease variant is proposed comprising a substitution at position 171 of SEQ ID NO: 3, wherein the variant comprises a sequence that is identical to SEQ ID NO: 3 by at least 75 % and less than 100 %, and the variant has protease activity, wherein the amino acid is at the position corresponding to position 171 of SEQ ID NO: 3, is selected from a group consisting of Trp, Lys, Glu and Asn. Method for obtaining a protease variant comprising the introduction of a substitution in the initial protease at position 171 of SEQ ID NO: 3, wherein the amino acid is at the position corresponding to position 171 of SEQ ID NO: 3, is replaced by an amino acid selected from the group consisting of Trp, Lys, Glu and Asn, and wherein the variant has an amino acid sequence that is at least 75 % identical to SEQ ID NO: 3, and extracting the variant.

EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to increase the stability of this variant having protease activity in a detergent as compared to the initial protease of SEQ ID NO: 3.
