SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Variant of subtilases which contains substitutions S9E + Q206L + L262E, and other changes are presented. Also disclosed are detergent compositions for washing and dishwashing compositions using said subtilase.
EFFECT: described is a method of producing a subtilase variant, involving culturing a host cell containing a polynucleotide coding said embodiment of subtilases in a nutrient medium under conditions suitable for expression of this variant with its further extraction from the medium.
