SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to radiation therapy. Method of radiation therapy of patients with locoregional recurrences of prostate cancer after radical prostatectomy and presence of single remote metastases involves three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy in mode of hypofractionation and technology of radiation therapy with intensity modulation with dynamic arches on the principle of simultaneous integrated "boost", simultaneous radiation exposure on regional pelvic lymph nodes: general, external and internal iliac, presaxal, obturative with a single basic dose of 1.8 Gy daily, 5 times a week, in number of 26 fractions to a total focal dose of 46.8 Gy, bed of a distant prostate and a lymphogenic recurrence zone with a single basic dose of 2.35 Gy daily, 5 times a week, for 26 fractions to a total focal dose of 61.1 Gy, a local and lymphogenic recurrence area with a single focal dose of 2.5 Gy daily , 5 times a week, for 26 fractions, to total basic dose 65 Gy, and simultaneously perform stereotactic radiation exposure on single remote metastases with single basic dose of 6.5–9 Gy for 3–5 fractions to total basic dose of 27–32.5 Gy.

EFFECT: what is presented is a method for radiation therapy of patients with locoregional recurrences of prostate cancer following radical prostatectomy and single distant metastases.
