SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to radiation therapy, and can be used for radiation therapy of patients with prostate cancer with metastases in the regional lymph nodes of the pelvis. Three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy is carried out using the intensity modulated radiation therapy technology according to the principle of "simultaneous integrated boost". All intrapelvic regional lymph nodes are exposed to radiation: general, external and internal iliac, presacral, obturator with a single focal dose of 1.85 Gy, daily 5 times a week, in the amount of 28 fractions, up to a total focal dose of 51.8 Gy, 49, 6 yGy. The seminal vesicles and metastatic lymph nodes are affected with a single focal dose of 2.3 Gy to a total focal dose of 64.4 Gy, 69.9 yGy. The prostate gland is exposed to a single focal dose of 2.5 Gy, the total focal dose is up to 70 Gy, 80 yGy. At the same time, a prophylactic radiation effect on the retroperitoneal lymph nodes is carried out in the SBD of 1.85 Gy to TBD of 51.8 Gy, 49.6 yGy.

EFFECT: method provides long-term remission due to the expansion of the boundaries of the volume of radiation exposure.
