Method of radiation therapy for patients with recurrent prostate cancer following radical prostatectomy with metastases in regional and retroperitoneal lymph nodes involves conducting a three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy in a mode of hypofractionation, using a radiation therapy with intensity modulation with dynamic arches by the principle of "simultaneous integrated boost", characterized by the simultaneous radiation exposure on regional pelvic lymph nodes: common, external and internal iliac, presacral, constrictive; lymphatic; retroperitoneal cavities with a single basic dose of 1.8 Gy daily, 5 times a week, 26 fractions in total pre-total dose 46.8 Gy, bed of a distant prostate and a lymphogenic recurrence zone with a single basic dose of 2.35 Gy daily, 5 times a week, for 26 fractions to a total focal dose of 61.1 Gy, a local and lymphogenic recurrence area with a single focal dose of 2.5 Gy daily, 5 times a week, for 26 fractions, to a total basic dose of 65 Gy.

EFFECT: presented is a method for radiation therapy of the patients with recurrent prostate cancer following radical prostatectomy with metastases in regional and retroperitoneal lymph nodes.
