SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to radiation therapy, and can be used for radiation therapy of patients with newly diagnosed metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer and synchronous distant oligometastases. Three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy in hypofractionation mode is performed. At the same time, regional lymph nodes (common, external and internal iliac, presacral, obturator) with a single dose (SD) 1.8 Gy to a total dose (TD) 50.4 Gy and a prostate gland with SD 2.5 Gy to TD 70 Gy are exposed simultaneously. Additionally, metastasis-directed radiation therapy for distant oligometastases is performed with the help of stereotactic radiation therapy with SD 7 Gy to total dose of TD 35 Gy or “simultaneous integrated boost” technique with SD 2.3 Gy to TD 64.4 Gy.

EFFECT: method provides biochemical and local control of the disease by escalating the dose of radiotherapy to the prostate gland and additional radiation of distant metastases by means of stereotactic radiation therapy or a “simultaneous integrated boost” technique.
