FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, specifically to means for measuring time of filling capillaries (CRT). Device is configured to measure a finger CRT after stopping application of pressure to the pin and comprises a mobile or portable device comprising a camera, a display portion, a cuff clamped above the camera to close the finger from the ambient light, and an electronic processor programmed to perform CRT measurement by performing the following operations: controlling the camera for measuring the optical signal from the finger during the time period covering the CRT, determination of CRT value based on analysis of measured optical signal and display of determined value of CRT on display part, wherein the CRT determination operation involves determining the beginning of a capillary filling time interval by an instruction issued by a doctor, or by automatic hand detection in the field of view of the camera, cuff is rigid or inflatable cuff containing one or more built-in servo-motors for application of standardized pressure to a finger of subject, which are made with possibility of control by means of electronic processor. Method of measuring capillary filling time involves launching on a mobile or portable device an embedded application which programs a mobile or portable device for: detecting a finger of a subject using a camera of a mobile or portable device, issuing a proposal to the doctor to press or squeeze the finger of the subject with further pressure on the finger of the subject, measuring the optical signal from the finger of the subject using the camera of the mobile or portable device, calculation of capillary filling time on the basis of analysis of measured optical signal and display of capillary filling time to doctor on display part in mobile or portable device.
EFFECT: use of inventions makes it possible to improve determination of capillary filling time.
