SUBSTANCE: bone graft sealing impactor is made of medical steel and includes a handle and a cone-shaped working end. Working surface is skewed at angle of 30-45° relative to impactor axis. A method for performing a bone graft in revision plasty of an anterior cruciate ligament is characterized by the fact that under arthroscopic control, a protective cylindrical tube from a transparent soft plastic with an inner diameter of 1 mm greater than the diameter of the formed bone canal is delivered to the formed bone canal, graft is placed into the tube and introduced into the bone canal by means of an impactor with a straight working surface as far as it will go in the bone canal. Then compaction is carried out using an impactor with an inclined working surface, bevelled at angle of 30-45° with respect to the impactor axis, until the graft-bone boundary is aligned.

EFFECT: inventions provide filling of bone canals with minimum injuries of soft tissues and structures of knee joint during transplants, higher efficiency of treatment.
