FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of crystalline zeolite materials which can be used as catalyst components. Method involves preparation of a reaction mixture based on silica gel, sodium hydroxide, sodium aluminate and hexamethyleneimine, having the following molar ratios of components: SiO2/Al2O3 from 30 to 50, Na2O/SiO2 from 0.04 to 0.07, hexamethyleneimine/SiO2 from 0.4 to 0.5, H2O/SiO2 from 15 to 25. Prepared reaction mixture is activated in ultrasonic bath at frequency 37–45 kHz, power of ultrasonic source 50–60 W, for 15–30 minutes. Then mixture is crystallized at 130–150 °C one performs washing, drying and calcination of the obtained crystals.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain microporous zeolite MWW in the form of isolated flat crystals with thickness of not more than 50 nm with size of not more than 1 mcm, with a developed outer surface and high accessibility of acidic centers.
