FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of crystalline zeolite materials with given texture and morphological properties of crystals. Realization of set of conditions for production of zeolite MWW, namely, qualitative and quantitative composition of reaction mixture based on sodium aluminate, sodium hydroxide, silica gel, hexamethyleneimine template and water with ratio of components of SiO2/Al2O3 from 30 to 50, Na2O/SiO2 from 0.04 to 0.07, hexamethyleneimine/SiO2 from 0.4 to 0.5, H2O/SiO2 from 15 to 25, chemical activation of reaction mixture at room temperature and stirring for 12–16 hours, ultrasound activation of the reaction mixture in an ultrasonic bath at room temperature and power of the ultrasonic source of not less than 37 KHz and not less than 50 W for a period of not less than 15 minutes and crystallisation of the reaction mixture under hydrothermal conditions at temperature of 130–150 °C for 48–72 hours while stirring, provides for production of high-quality MWW zeolite with high dispersion due to the presence of isolated flat plate crystals with the shape of an ellipse or circle with area of 0.4–0.8 mcm2 and with dimensions on crystallographic axes a and b of not more than 1 mcm, and axially with not more than 50 nm, a developed outer surface of not less than 130–150 m2/g, the developed microporous structure with micropore volume of not less than 0.17–0.20 cm3/g and a fraction of micropores in the total pore volume not more than 50 %, and high accessibility of acid centers.
EFFECT: materials can be used as catalyst components.
