SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device and method for separation of solid fraction from liquid fraction of suspension. Device comprises container (2) defining chamber (20) for containing said suspension, filtering means (4) located at bottom (201) of chamber (20) to retain solid fraction of said suspension (3), channel (21) for feeding suspension (3) into chamber (20), channel (23) for discharging filtered liquid through filtration means (4), gas supply channel (22) for increasing pressure in chamber (20), channel (27) for feeding detergents liquids into container (20), shaft (6) installed in container (20) and supporting multiple blades (61, 61). Shaft (6) is made with possibility of rotation around essentially and/or mainly vertical axis. Shaft (6) is made with possibility of rotation in both directions around specified rotation axis (X). Distance from said blades (61, 61) to filtration plate (4) can be adjusted. Blades (61, 61) are configured to scrape solid fraction deposited on filtration plate (4) when said shaft (6) rotates in one direction of rotation. Blades (61, 61) are configured to press a solid fraction deposited on said filter plate (4) when said shaft (6) rotates in a second direction of rotation opposite to said first direction of rotation. Device comprises means (207, 208) for removing solid fraction delayed by said filtration means (4). Means (24, 240, 25, 250, 26, 260, 29, 290) for extracting purified liquid from said container (20) at a controlled level.
EFFECT: technical result is reduction of filtering process time, increased capacity of production line.
